I ordered a floral arrangement online to be delivered to my mother's place of employment for her retirement. Their website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I choose an arrangement with Lilies that I knew my mother would love. I ordered the flowers about a week in advance, which I ended up being very grateful for. A few days after placing my order, I ended up learning that Lilies are toxic and potentially deadly to cats. My mom has a cat, so I knew I had to try to change the floral arrangement I ordered. I called Julie's Artistic Rose and provided my order number and let them know my predicament. They were more than willing to accommodate my request of not using Lilies. The flowers turned out beautiful and my mom was so surprised! She said she had to fight back tears when they were delivered. The staff at Julie's Artistic Rose really made my mom's retirement special on one of her last few days at work. They could have told me that I was out of luck for accidentally ordering flowers that wouldn't work for my mom's household, but instead they went above and beyond to honor my request.
